If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at orders@ctocpromos.com, we will do whatever we can to accommodate you. Your satisfaction is our goal and very important to us.
* RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES *
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email and an RMA will be issued. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. Please call 1-800-966-1816 or email orders@ctocpromos.com
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product Packaging. Custom Made products CANNOT not be exchanged or returned, they are made to your specifications. Coast to Coast Promotional Products will ship to customer's credit card billing address (which we verify for your security. Incorrect Item Received: No charge. Coast to Coast will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Coast to Coast will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only if we sent the wrong size/item, We will replace the item or credit your card when the product is returned to us. Send any/all returns by USPS or UPS Ground. You are responsible for shipping fees of any returned product. We do NOT do Call Tags
REFUSED OR CANCELED ORDERS: Any refused order is subject to a 20% restocking fee, a 4% Processing Fee, and shipping charges. Any canceled order, once it has been charged, is treated the same as a refused order above.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Return via prepaid Fed Ex, UPS or US Mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Ctocpromos.com is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
